Prepare the Watermelon

- Pour the blended mixture into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

- Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to instructions for 20-25 minutes, or freeze in a shallow dish for about 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
