Ingredients
  

Pasta and Vegetables
  • 8 oz rotini pasta or any pasta of choice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup black olives sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese cubed or mini balls
Dressing
  • 1 cup Italian dressing store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, black olives, and mozzarella cheese.
Add Dressing
  1. Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving. Serve cold or at room temperature.
