Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Marinate the Shrimp
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the Skewers
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.
Grill the Shrimp
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
Serve
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
