Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 package sugar cookie dough store-bought or homemade
Topping
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup kiwi sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup banana sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Preheat the oven according to the sugar cookie dough package instructions.
  2. Spread the sugar cookie dough evenly on a baking sheet to form a pizza crust.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Topping
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
Assemble the Fruit Pizza
  1. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  2. Arrange the sliced strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, and banana on top of the cream cheese layer.
  3. Slice into wedges and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
