  1. Gather all ingredients: fresh strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and lime juice. Wash the strawberries and pat them dry.
  2. Slice the strawberries into quarters or halves. Optionally, sprinkle with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes to enhance sweetness.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until soft peaks form, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. In serving glasses, layer sliced strawberries and creamy mixture. Repeat layers until glasses are full.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
