Prepare the Chicken
- Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil. Once hot, add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Vegetables
- Add garlic, ginger, cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper to the wok. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add Sauce
- Pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve
- Remove from heat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot over rice or noodles.
