Prepare the Chicken and Vegetables
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Assemble the Sandwiches
- Preheat the toaster oven. Once the chicken and vegetables are cooked, layer the mixture onto the toasted hoagie rolls.
- Top each sandwich with 2 slices of provolone cheese. Place the sandwiches back in the toaster oven until the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve
- Remove the sandwiches from the toaster oven and serve hot.
