  • 4 tablespoons Butter Unsalted
  • 1/4 cup Flour All-purpose
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper Fresh ground preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika recommended
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley For garnish

Method
 

Prep the Ingredients
  1. Gather all ingredients: boneless chicken breasts, elbow macaroni, shredded cheese, milk, butter, and flour. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Sear the seasoned chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
Boil the Pasta
  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
