For the Caramel Frappe
  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup milk whole or your choice of milk
  • 1 cup ice crushed
  • 1 4 caramel sauce plus extra for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping

Method
 

Prepare the Frappe
  1. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, crushed ice, caramel sauce, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.
  4. Pour the frappe into serving glasses.
  5. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with extra caramel sauce.
