  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
  • 2 cups Croutons Homemade preferred
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing Creamy, with anchovies
  • 2 fillets Anchovy Fillets High-quality
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic Cloves Fresh
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Extra virgin
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients for the Caesar salad. Rinse the romaine lettuce under cool water and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy paste. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut bread into cubes, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
