Method
 

Preparation

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries carefully using a spatula.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
