  • ½ cup Packed Brown Sugar

Method
 

Prep the Blueberries
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Wash 4 cups of fresh blueberries under cool running water and drain well. In a large mixing bowl, combine blueberries with ¼ cup of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Toss until well coated.
Make the Crisp Topping
  1. In another bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats, ½ cup of all-purpose flour, and ½ cup of packed brown sugar. Add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and ½ cup of melted butter. Mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
