Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (adjust for spice preference)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash all produce under cold water.
  2. Pit and chop the cherries into small pieces.
