- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup dill pickles, chopped
- ¼ cup ketchup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes; poke holes in them with a fork. Bake directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes until soft.
