Ingredients
- All-Purpose Flour
- Granulated Sugar
- Unsalted Butter
- Fresh Lemons

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- For the crust, mix flour, granulated sugar, and softened butter until crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake the crust for 20 minutes until lightly golden.
- While the crust cools, whisk eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, baking powder, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour the lemon filling over the baked crust and return to the oven.
- Bake for another 25-30 minutes until set yet slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and slicing into squares.
