Instructions

- In a food processor, combine cilantro leaves, toasted pine nuts, garlic cloves, and Parmesan cheese. Pulse until finely chopped.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until smooth. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to an airtight container; refrigerate for up to one week or serve immediately.
