- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- Juice of 2–3 fresh limes

- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tsp ground cumin

Instructions
- Boil chicken breasts in water for 15-20 minutes until cooked. Shred once cooled.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until translucent, then add garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Add chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, and salt; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in shredded chicken and lime juice; simmer for another 5 minutes.
