  • 4 Italian hoagie rolls
  • 6 oz salami
  • 6 oz capicola
  • 6 oz mortadella
  • 4 oz provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 large ripe tomato, sliced
  • ½ cup pickled peppers
  • ¼ cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven's broiler.
  2. Slice the hoagie rolls in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  3. Layer the salami, capicola, and mortadella on the bottom half of each roll.
