  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium yellow onions, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 cups beef broth or water
  • 2 tbsp pickling spice
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • Dijon mustard (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your Instant Pot by setting it to 'Sauté' mode.

  3. Add the corned beef brisket, searing each side for about 4-5 minutes until browned.
