Ingredients

  • Lasagna Noodles (oven-ready)
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Eggs
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté spinach in olive oil over medium heat until wilted (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, sautéed spinach, mozzarella cheese, and repeat until ingredients are used.
