- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 3 cups wide egg noodles
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and slice zucchinis.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown. Add zucchini and sauté until slightly softened.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, noodles, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
