  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  3. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, cornstarch, and a splash of water.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies; simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Add pineapple chunks and cook for an additional minute to heat through.
