  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)

  • 1 tsp paprika (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather and chop the onion and garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides (about 6 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet; cook until fragrant (3–4 minutes).
  4. Sprinkle flour over the onion mixture, stirring well. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and soy sauce; simmer for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, allowing it to thicken slightly before returning the chicken to the skillet.
  6. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice with parsley as garnish.
