Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter until bubbly. Add marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted.
  2. Mix in pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice; let bubble gently for about one minute.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
  4. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch pan and press the mixture firmly into the pan using wax paper or greased hands.
  5. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
