  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  3. Mix in canned pumpkin puree and eggs until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients while mixing on low speed until just combined.
  6. If using chocolate chips, fold them gently into the dough.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft. Cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
