  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the dish to form the crust.
