Description

Pizza Monkey Bread Pepperoni is a fun and delicious twist on classic pizza, combining gooey mozzarella, zesty pepperoni, and tangy marinara in a pull-apart bread format that’s perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Separate the biscuit dough into small balls (about 1 inch each).
  3. In a bowl, mix pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  4. Dip each dough ball in olive oil then roll in the pepperoni-cheese mixture.
  5. Layer half of the coated dough balls in a greased bundt pan; pour half of the marinara sauce over them.
  6. Add the remaining dough balls and top with the rest of the marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Let cool slightly before pulling apart and serving with warm marinara for dipping.
