Ingredients

  • 8 oz dark chocolate (high-quality)
  • 8 oz white chocolate (good quality)
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted dark chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly. Let it cool until set.
  3. While waiting, melt the white chocolate until smooth. Pour over the cooled dark layer and spread evenly.
  4. Drizzle peppermint extract on top and swirl gently with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
  5. Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the white chocolate before it sets and press lightly.
  6. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes until hardened, then break into pieces and enjoy.
