  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together rolled oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until combined.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup for about 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in dried cranberries.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  8. Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
