  • 1 lb ground beef (preferably lean)
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 keto-friendly wraps or dough
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart; cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  4. Season the beef mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. On each keto wrap, spoon the beef mixture and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Roll tightly like a burrito.
  6. Place rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
