  • 3 tbsp white vinegar (or rice vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 cup firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 12 tsp chili paste or sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions
