  • 2 tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp chili paste (adjust for spice)
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Cilantro (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cubed tofu; simmer for approximately 5 minutes until mushrooms soften.
