- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread pita chips on a lined baking sheet.
- Evenly sprinkle crumbled feta over the chips followed by diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until warm and cheese starts to melt.
