Instructions

  5. Divide the dough in half on the baking sheet. Shape each half into logs about 12 inches long and 3 inches wide; flatten slightly on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly golden. Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a cutting board.
  7. Slice each log diagonally into 1-inch thick pieces. Place cut-side down on the baking sheet and bake again for 10-15 minutes until crisp.
