- 9 lasagna noodles (regular or no-boil)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- red pepper flakes (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Boil the chicken breasts in chicken broth for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Shred using two forks.
