- 1 cup brown sugar (for filling)

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2–4 tbsp milk (to desired consistency)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
- In another bowl, cream the butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing in vanilla extract.
- Fold in sour cream until well blended.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling; sprinkle over the batter. Dollop remaining batter on top and swirl gently.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely before adding frosting.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add milk gradually to achieve desired consistency.
