- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: cherry tomatoes or avocado slices
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing into thin strips.
- While the chicken cooks, wash and dry the romaine lettuce and prepare tortillas on a flat surface.
- In a bowl, mix sliced chicken with Caesar dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Assemble each wrap by placing romaine leaves on a tortilla followed by the chicken mixture. Add optional toppings if desired.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from one end to secure filling inside. Slice in half if preferred and serve immediately.
