  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cherry tomatoes or avocado slices

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing into thin strips.
  2. While the chicken cooks, wash and dry the romaine lettuce and prepare tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix sliced chicken with Caesar dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Assemble each wrap by placing romaine leaves on a tortilla followed by the chicken mixture. Add optional toppings if desired.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from one end to secure filling inside. Slice in half if preferred and serve immediately.
