  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
