- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 4 low carb tortillas
- ½ cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add in bell peppers, onions, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Lower heat and mix in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
