- 6 oz thick-cut bacon, diced
- ½ cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced bacon until crispy (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from the pan but keep the drippings.
- Sauté minced garlic in the bacon drippings until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts and cooked bacon. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crisp-tender.
- During the last 5 minutes of roasting, add chopped hazelnuts.
