Instructions

  5. Combine: Gently fold blackberry puree into whipped cream, then add dissolved gelatin while folding carefully.
  6. Chill & Serve: Spoon mousse into prepared bases and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight. Serve topped with fresh blackberries.
