Instructions

- Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks.

- Layer one cake on a platter, spread frosting generously, top with berries, then add the second cake layer. Frost the top and sides with remaining whipped cream and decorate with additional berries.
