Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently. Then stir in sour cream, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Fold in chopped pistachios and walnuts. Pour filling over crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
