- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt

- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp pure honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, mix flour with paprika, garlic powder, and salt. In another bowl, place panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, dip in beaten eggs (not included above), then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
- Place coated chicken on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown.
- While chicken bakes, whisk together hot honey and sriracha for the sauce.
