  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp pure honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour with paprika, garlic powder, and salt. In another bowl, place panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, dip in beaten eggs (not included above), then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place coated chicken on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown.
  6. While chicken bakes, whisk together hot honey and sriracha for the sauce.
  7. Serve hot with the sauce drizzled generously over the top.
