  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (preferably Japanese)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, mayonnaise, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, ginger powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
