Instructions

- For the crumb topping, mix brown sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon with melted butter until crumbly.
- Fill muffin cups two-thirds full with batter and sprinkle crumb topping on each muffin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
