  • 1 lb seafood mix (shrimp, scallops, crab)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted (about 3 minutes).
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in the seafood mix gently.
  5. In a baking dish, spread a layer of creamy sauce on the bottom. Place three lasagna noodles on top; add more sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
