Description

French Silk Pie Bars are a rich, chocolatey treat featuring a buttery graham cracker crust and a silky smooth filling. Perfect for gatherings or a self-indulgent dessert.


Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Unsalted melted butter
  • Granulated sugar
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Eggs (room temperature)
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth. Allow to cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time.
  5. Fold in heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Spread the filling evenly over the cooled crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
