Ingredients
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Unsalted melted butter
- Granulated sugar
- Dark chocolate chips
- Eggs (room temperature)
- Heavy whipping cream
- Pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth. Allow to cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time.
- Fold in heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the filling evenly over the cooled crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
