  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease an 8-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until moistened. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown; let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in mashed bananas and whipped topping.
  6. Pour half of the filling over the cooled crust, layer with sliced bananas, then add remaining filling.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
