Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 large eggs (separated)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.

  6. Pour into a springform pan and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
